Does the Body Bare shave as well as the Feather Touch?
Even Better! The foil on The Body Bare is thinner yet still strong and safe. Because of this it will provide an even closer shave than the Feather Touch. What package do you recommend for men?
With the exception of the Body Bare Ladyfair combo, any package can be used by a man. The reason for this is the Ladyfair is not designed for contact on testicles and may nick due to the loose and thin skin in that area. The Feminine is strongly recommended for use on testicles. We know the name is not the most masculine, but it does a great job in all personal areas regardless of gender. Does this shaver get the area smooth and hairless or does it leave stubble?
Our shavers leave you smooth. Yes it leaves you very smooth and does not leave stubble. We would not risk our reputation on a shabby product. This product is a very high quality! Is there a way to clean or replace the blade or do you just have to buy a new shaver?
Yes. There is a way to clean the blade and head of the shaver. We recommend cleaning the shaver after each use with the proper brush. Each shaver comes with a cleaning brush which is used for the head and the blades. The shaver will last a very long time and most people never need new blades unless you drop your shaver. We do sell a replacement blade kit for the Body Bare which includes the blade and screen. The blades are adjustable. Our DVD explains the adjustment process. What do I need 110V or 220V?
Good Question...OK for starters the 220V is NOT more powerful than the 110V. USA and Canada use 110V. The voltage has give and take up to 10%.

How long will the battery last?
Body Bare Battery:
The Body Bare shaver uses a "C" cell battery which is included in the purchase. The battery in the shaver will last about 20-30 days with regular use.
Body Bare Charge:
The Body Bare will last about 2-3 complete shaves when used once a day for 10 minutes per day. To recharge the battery simply plug the unit into any standard outlet for 12 hours.
Does the shaver come with instructions?
Yes. The shaver comes with directions on use, cleaning instructions, maintenance, safety & more. Our DVD explains this (sold separately). Is there a warranty on the shaver?
Yes. The Body Bare shaver is warranted for one year from date of purchase to be free of manufacturing defects. In the case of manufacturers defect an exchange or repair will be made upon receipt and inspection of the original personal shaver. What is your policy on returns?
We are a small company and customer satisfaction and service means the world to us. We warrant against any manufacturer defects up to one year from purchase date. We do not refund any charges relating to shipping. Any and all returns must contact us for an RMA for manufactures defects. Due to the intimate nature of this product, for health and hygene reasons, we can not accept returns. All sales are final.
Who do you use for shipping?
We use UPS for shipping. UPS does not ship to some destinations including PO boxes. In these cases we use USPS Priority mail. All international orders, execpt Canada (will be shipped UPS), will be shipped via United States Postal Service. How much are the shipping charges?
Shipping and handling charges as for the United States are $8.85. International shipping is $13.85. Any taxes or fees are customers responsibility. How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Since we ship UPS all orders within the USA will take up to one week to reach the West coast. We are shipping out of New York. Orders going to the North East will take 1-2 days from shipping date. International orders take longer (1-8 weeks) due to the traveling and customs. In certain countries, the customs offices are VERY slow due to the threat of terror. Most international orders are received within 2 weeks. We offer UPS RUSH orders 2-3 business days for USA only. Please email us for RUSH shipping outside of USA and we will quote a price for you. Is the shipping box discrete?
Yes. The boxes we use make no mention of what is inside. The boxes are plain brown boxes. Your privacy is important to us. Baby powder...since it is required, is it included with all purchases?
Baby powder is needed for obtaining best results when shaving, however, it is not included with each purchase. Most people have baby powder at home and it is available in all drug stores and super markets. We offer powder for sale on this website as a convenience for you, our customer, in case you don't have any on hand. Is is safe to use a Credit card online?
