 Works Well If You Use Caution Down There!Apr 30, 2008

I think this item was born out of the Japanese fetish for "personal cleanliness", and I can see why. I bought this specifically for pubic shaving and to keep my areas "south of the border" cleaner. The Cleancut DOES work as advertised--IF--and that's a BIG "IF"--you take your time and work carefully. First,(and always a good idea when handling your privates) you need to use EXTREMELY gentle pressure when gliding the shaving foil over your shaft or sac (or other equipment if you're a lady.) I can't stress that strongly enough. Second, be sure to use PLENTY of baby powder or the stuff supplied with the shaver...it makes a huge difference in the closeness of the shave and the general comfort during and after. Do be aware you CAN cut yourself with the Cleancut if you get a little careless with this thing...I have nicked my sac twice, with profuse bleeding the result! You must carefully stretch this skin in order to avoid nicks. The same holds true for the other areas. I do think it is well made and it definitely does the job BUT you must be very careful in using it. With a little practice, the nicks have become rare, and I must say that my wife and I enjoy the results! I taught her how to use it on areas that are tougher for me to see, with FUN results. You really need to use it at least every other day in order to minimize time spent shaving. Use the powder daily in conjunction and you'll notice lots less odor or perspiration. Overall, the Cleancut is a good product, with some acquired skill in use needed for best effect.

Mine works great! An electric razor that can shave off 5 o clock shadow! And the foil is so smooth it doesn't irritate my skin. Still doesn't shave as close as a blade, but it is the next best thing, and this never cuts you!

My husband Seth and I thought it would be great to spice things up if you know what I mean. We came across this item on Amazon and had to try it. It is truly the greatest thing we ever purchased. It works just as advertised. Great product and even better customer service. I am impressed with the customer service from this company as I did not expect such a high level of service from an internet company.

I've had almost this exact set for about 10 years now and the white shaver just now died.
When I purchased it, I felt it was way expensive for a cheaply (very cheaply) made product (referring to the white shaver).
However, when I needed to do the job, it did it, and did it well. Oftentimes, as the battery was running low, it would pull and hurt, so having fresh batteries made all the difference. Also, holding the skin taut makes all the difference in the world.
After using the white shaver, you use the Cleancut metal shaver to really give that smooth finish - and don't worry - it can even glide over delicate areas with no problem.
I've definitely gotten my money's worth out of it with no red bumps, irritation or itching.
Time to buy again.

this is the best product i've ever run across (CleanCut Shaver). at the price offered its a steal the baby powder that comes with it is kinda pointless but oh well.
